We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organised Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team.
In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our resort and its services, provide customer care services to our audience, and be the voice of the company.
You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, be proactive, as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.
