What you need to shoot for the stars: - You have a passion for communication and attending to guests' needs - You communicate fluently in Portuguese and English, other languages are a plus (Spanish, German and French are highly valued) - You have at least 1,5 years of experience in a hotel front desk/reception - You have a passion for customer service and stay calm even in stressful situations - You fully support the concept and vision of limehome and work zealously to achieve our goals - You don't mind working in rotative shifts and during the weekend - Previous experiences in hospitality or retail are highly valued
