Reporting to the Assistant Director and the Operations Director, your main responsibilities will include:
Contact with clientsCarry out check-in and check-outPayment managementComplaints/suggestions managementAnswering questions about the city (places to visit, restaurants, transport, etc.) and any other questions that may arise before, during and after your stay.At least 1 year's professional experience in the same or similar rolesGood communicator with a flair for customer service
Enjoy working as part of a teamGood knowledge of English and French (mandatory), with other foreign languages a plus (preferable)6512 RNET
