ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Reception / Customer Service , you'll be responsible for managing and communicating with our booking partners and our customers (e.g. owners, guests, and suppliers) to manage all reservations and guarantee the workflow before, during, and after all stays. You are an important representative of the company and ensure our guests have a positive experience through effective communication and problem-solving .
Your role will require you to manage priorities, multi-task, and be a problem solver and a good communicator. Zendesk is the ticket system chosen to help carry out this essential goal of monitoring and prioritizing each process.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Being the first point of contact with our guests ;
Provide 1st level support , guidance, and solutions or answers to our guests before, during, and after their stay, over the ticket system Zendesk and telephone;
Receive, assess, prioritize, and resolve customer inquiries , being the guarantor of customer satisfaction through your responses and actions;
Carry out day-to-day tasks including general administration and covering the reception area;
Ensure the follow-up of customer requests and coordinate with the operations team or a more senior member of the team to achieve better customer service with a fast response time;
Guarantee that the common areas are clean and welcoming , and ensure that cleaning is planned for the following days.
PROFILE:
Available for working in the evening and night shift (15h-00h and 00h-08h), 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays ;
Available for a provision of services contract ;
Passionate about delivering great service and be guest-focused ;
A strong problem solver , with attention to detail and a proactive, bold personality;
Good communication skills in English; further language skills in French or Spanish are a plus.
