The ideal candidate should have:

Training and/or experience in the role, preferably in 5-star luxury hotels
Strong attention to detail and compliance with standards
Customer service orientation
Neat appearance
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages will be valued)
Knowledge of the SiHot program will be valued
