The Siemens Energy Real Estate team for Germany look after a portfolio of office and industrial sites covering approximately one million square metres in over 30 German towns and cities. As the Zone Head Business Administrator for the German Real Estate team, you will be responsible for dedicated locations with all relevant commercial aspects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring business continuity and your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in supporting the financial health of Siemens Energy.
How You'll Make an Impact: Budgeting/Forecasting and actual reporting for the dedicated locations at Zone level incl. deviation analysis as well as year-end closing tasks.Support technical Zone head in steering RE business by providing complete and transparent analysis of Zone-/ location figures.Business Partner to SE business units / internal business partners and external customers and suppliers and lessors/lessees.Governance and business support of approval requirements, standards and principles as required.Ensure the allocation of cost as per SE RE business model and project-controlling for all projects in the Zone.Evaluation of opportunities and risks from operational business for the dedicated area of responsibility.Ensure correctness and completeness of financial figures at Zone Level on a timely basis.Ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Checking and processing all relevant invoices and charges for the dedicated locations within your area of responsibility and support other zones with this task.Support ad hoc tasks / requirements as well as global special projects.What You Bring: Successfully completed degree in business administration, economics or comparable studies.Demonstrated ability in a similar role of at least 5 years.Knowledge of IFRS16, financial reporting guidelines and accounting standards.Previous experience working in a numerical or financial environment is required. The post holder should hold an accounting qualification and previous Real Estate experience in working for a German company is a plus, ideally > 3 years.Ability to manage finance in a dynamic and growing business.The ability to communicate clearly with different levels of partners across the business.Fluent in English and in German.Good proficiency in the usual IT tools like Excel and SAP.Resilience and ability to maintain 'coolness' when working under deadline pressure.Pro-active demeanor to drive topics forward and a great teammate.About The Team:
You will become part of the Siemens Energy Real Estate team for Germany. You will report to the Commercial Head of RE for Germany and will work closely together with other business areas in Germany and Portugal as well as with the technical counterparts for your respective region.
