Job Description Would you like to be part of our HR team in Europe's leading digital automotive platform?
Do you have experience handling with administrative processes in the HR area?
If you are used to working in a fast pace environment, and you want to improve your personal career, keep reading!
Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and updating internal databases.
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and managers.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Assist with payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of previous experience in an HR administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Portuguese (mandatory).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
Additional Information Competitive salary and benefits package.
Timetable: Monday-Friday.
9:00am to 6:00pm  Work from home policy: one week every month.
Work place: Carnaxide, Portugal.
