We are in search of a Quality Production Engineer to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in the Quality team. What will be your responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and processes for all stages of smart locker production; Conduct regular inspections of components and finished products to detect defects and ensure compliance with quality standards; Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions, addressing quality issues and preventing recurrence; Collect and analyze data on quality metrics and overall performance; Prepare detailed reports on quality control activities and outcomes for management review; Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure they consistently meet quality standards; Collaborate with suppliers to address quality concerns, drive continuous improvement, and ensure supplier accountability; Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the quality control department. What are the requirements to join us in this position Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like engineering, quality management, etc. is a plus; Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing or production environments; Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills; Great negotiation and conflict management skills; Effective communicationand interpersonal skills; Fluent in English (written and spoken); Quality management certification is a plus; Knowledge of quality standards (e.G., ISO 9001, Six Sigma); Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) can be a plus.
