The Role We're seeking a Business Designers/Product Owners with a strong technical background to join our growing international team in Lisbon, Portugal (remote initially, transitioning to hybrid). Key Responsibilities Gather and refine requirements, creating processes and wireframes Ensure solutions meet customer and consumer needs Collaborate with Product Development, UI/UX, and IT teams Oversee end-to-end test plans and validate consumer journeys Manage risks and issues to keep delivery on track Coordinate with multiple vendors and represent key stakeholders Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Quickly grasps and simplifies complex technical concepts Communicates clearly and engages with diverse audiences Brings a collaborative, pragmatic, and flexible approach Uses data effectively to support recommendations Has experience in FMCG, Digital, and E-commerce organisations Required Skills Excellent written and spoken English Strong business analysis and requirement definition skills Proficiency in Office 365 applications Knowledge of project management techniques (PRINCE2, Scrum, Kanban) Experience with ITSM/work management systems (ServiceNow, JIRA) Technical Skills Understanding of Agile methodologies Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) Basic data analysis and software development knowledge Business and Soft Skills Market research and strategic thinking Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills What We Offer Challenging role in digital transformation and sustainability Opportunity to shape company culture and growth Private insurance coverage Annual company offsite meeting Join us in innovating for a sustainable future!
