Your Tasks: Ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations regarding health and safety at work;Contribute to the continuous improvement of the occupational health and safety management system;Inform the QHSE manager as well as management about situations that jeopardize the health and safety of workers, especially those that require immediate intervention;Advice, guide and promote awareness of all Workers in the implementation of occupational health and safety policies and procedures;Work together with Occupational Medicine to ensure the promotion and protection of workers' health;Evaluate occupational risks of the Company activities, develop and review the safety procedures and risk assessments, taking into account legal obligations, internal requirements and continuous improvement;Monitor workers' activities to identify risks and define measures to eliminate or minimize them;Investigation of occupational incidents and other possible work-related occurrences in the field of occupational safety;Plan, perform and document internal Health and Safety audits as defined by the department;Support the certification processes and follow up of non-conformities;Follow-up of the improvement suggestions process;Support Environmental management & Site Waste management;Support Installation QHSE trainings - theoretical & practical rescue training;Support on-site the installation teams to increase safety awareness and deploy best QHSE practices; Your Skills: Degree in Environmental Engineering (or related area) or undergraduate with proven experience in the field;Health and Safety level V technician;Fluent in English, other languages as a plus, German;Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP as a plus;Preferred Quality & Environment Management experience;Train the trainer certificate;Work experience at least 3 years in a similar role;Good Communication skills;Time management;High level of flexibility and geographical mobility to work abroad;Able to work at height.
