Environment, Safety and Occupational Health Technician (m/f/d) - Portugal Salary: EUR 20,000 - 30,000

Responsibilities:
Analyze and assess the risk of all factory activities.
Keep the information updated considering changes in the process and the company.
Identify, record, analyze, document and report all accidents and incidents involving people and goods to the Responsible for ASST and Plant Management.
Ensure the correct completion of accident forms.
Analyze work accidents and present suggested solutions to avoid them.
Ensure communication of accidents to the insurance company when necessary.
Intermediate medical indications with those responsible for the area.
Control the availability of access to emergency equipment and clearing of circulation/evacuation paths.
Supervise checks/periodic inspections of means and emergency implementation and maintain necessary signage.
Conduct monthly audits, prepare reports, and support area managers to solve problems and implement actions.
Fulfill and enforce internal policies, rules, and standards at Rotor Blade Plant as well as legal requirements in terms of ASST.
Daily check on conditions related to ASST and promote best practices, especially in the use of PPE.
Prepare and monitor chemical agents, noise, among others.
Create, communicate, and keep updated necessary documents in accordance with the Quality Management system.
Support the information and training of workers in matters of Environment, Safety, and Health at Work.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's/Degree in Engineering.
1 to 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Higher Technical Course in Occupational Safety (level VI).
Knowledge of ASST norms and rules.
CCP - Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
