Quality Analyst (Pt)

WHAT WE STAND FOR: Our mission is to improve the life of organic family farmers in the Amazon rainforest while providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage and cosmetic industries around the globe. Managing customer compliance requests. Sample organization of retainers and customer samples. Production report reviewing and filling in our systems. Laboratories coordination of analysis. Lot tracking and creation. Preparation for certifications, such as Organic, NOP, Kosher, IFS. Organization of our technical data sheets and other product related documents. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant fields. 3-5 years of experience in similar fields. Knowledge in the implementation of BRC, IFS, ISO-9001. Fluent in English and Portuguese. French is a plus. 1 strong reference. Driver's License. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Excellent analytical and computer skills. Well-organized and flexible. Systematic and detail-oriented. Autonomous, proactive and able to work within a team as well. Solution-oriented and capable of setting priorities. Very good communicator.
