The Role Key Responsibilities Test Planning and Execution: Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases under the guidance of senior team members. Defect Reporting: Identify and document software bugs and issues, ensuring they are accurately recorded in our issue-tracking system. Collaboration: Work closely with developers and other team members to understand product requirements and assist in ensuring they are met. Learning and Development: Take part in ongoing training to develop your testing skills, learn about various testing tools and methodologies, and apply them to real-world projects. Regression Testing: Help perform regression testing to confirm that bug fixes and updates do not introduce new issues. Documentation: Assist in maintaining clear and concise documentation of test results, defect reports, and any testing processes. Requirements Education: A degree or coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus but not required. Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Willingness to Learn: Enthusiasm for learning new skills and growing in the field of software testing. Communication: Good communication skills to work effectively within a team and document your findings. Excellent written and spoken English. (Optional) Technical Skills: Any experience with coding, scripting, or using testing tools is a bonus, but not required. (Optional) Tools: Any experience working with Jira / Confluence is a bonus, but not required.
