Your daily challenges will be: Leading a team of quality engineers, testers, and analysts, providing guidance, direction, and mentorship to ensure the team's success in delivering high-quality software products; Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies and methodologies to ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-performing software solutions; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan, design, and execute test cases and test scenarios across different phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment; Developing and implementing test automation frameworks, tools, and strategies to streamline testing processes, improve test coverage, and accelerate release cycles; Defining and tracking key quality metrics and performance indicators to monitor the effectiveness of testing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and communicate progress and status to stakeholders; Collaborating closely with development teams, product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals, priorities, and timelines. We are needing you because: You have 5 years of experience in infrastructure and shared service testing (AD Migrations, Sharepoint Upgrades, etc.); You have experience with SaaS solutions, understanding the challenges which come with trying to test them as they come into our ecosphere; You have full lifecycleQE management and managing off-shore personnel experience; Multiple knowledge and experience on SDLC types (e.G. Waterfall, agile-like, etc.); You have good communication skills and have good leadership acumen; You are a strong stakeholder communicator, particularly in selling QE into projects.
