As a QA Lead, you will be pivotal in developing and implementing quality assurance strategies that align with business goals. You'll manage and mentor the QA team, oversee testing processes, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate across departments to deliver top-notch products.
Your main responsibilities:Develop and implement quality strategies and policies in line with business objectives.Recruit, train, and mentor QA team members, ensuring professional development and performance.Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of quality tests to meet defined standards.Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements and corrective actions.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and lead quality audits.Maintain detailed documentation of QA processes, test results, and continuous improvement plans.Work closely with various departments to ensure quality expectations are met.Develop and implement training programs to promote quality best practices.You're ideal for the role if you have:3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Quality Management.Strong knowledge of QA processes, testing methods, and tools like Jira and Selenium.Experience in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluency in French (C2 level) is mandatory.#GETREADY to meet with us!
