Purchase Administrative Officer – Italian Speaker (M/F) Algés

Your new company:
Our client is a Shared Services Center located in Lisbon.
Your new role:
Reporting directly to the Purchase Administrative Manager, you will ensure the administrative part of purchase for several subsidiaries that work with SSC Portugal.
Ensure the administrative part of purchase: billing and send customers the invoices according with the customer billing specifications;Checking and validating supplier invoices according to the specifics of each country;Ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid;Provide the analysis to help follow up or forecast purchase activity;Ensure the respect for the rules and standards of the task;Identifying and indicate deviations.What you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience in similar role;
Italian fluency advanced and at least an intermediate level of English;
IT Skills: Excel (minimum intermediate level).
