The Public Cloud Solutions Designer will be responsible for designing and supporting the delivery of Public Cloud Solutions, managing overall solution design, performance, efficiency, and capacity planning of the cloud services provided to our customers.
As part of this team you'll work with other solution designers and site reliability engineers in order to assure and improve our Cloud solutions, and so contributing directly to the capacity and availability of our service.
Main requirements Responsibilities: Drive Cloud Solutions Design discussions to guarantee most optimal Cloud solutions for IT and product teams; Support Build & Change Management activities for our Cloud environments; Work closely with customers to deliver well-architected, cost optimized, integrated and secure Cloud solutions; Guarantee general availability and resilience of cloud solutions; Support incident response L1 teams when required with root cause investigations and resolutions; Support Cloud Automation & Orchestration strategy enforcing the deployment of Cloud Infrastructure & Native services templates and pipelines; Contribute with suggestions to our infrastructure as code (IaC) roadmap, and support development activities aiming at automating manual activities and reduce operational effort; Troubleshoot and optimize high availability and performance issues;
