Property Quality Controller - Internship

Responsibilities & tasks you will take care of: Performing regular visits to the properties Checking and reporting improvement opportunities Prepare and control inventories, including a technical inventory per house (kinds of lightbulbs, heating, water boiler, remote control) and assure that main technical elements are stocked (new lightbulbs, batteries, etc.) Control amenities and its stock Greet guests and visitors Housekeeping planning and management Managing files, updating paperwork Updating our Property Management System Helping on-boarding new properties Assist the operations team with unpredictable situations or any problem Start date: As soon as possible Duration: Minimum of 3 months Compensation: We offer an internship compensation of € 300,- per month + public transportation card Location: Our office is located in Cais do Sodre, Lisbon About Lisbeyond LisBeyond is a dynamic, growing company, managing a very diverse portfolio of properties throughout Lisbon, Porto, and the Algarve.
