What You Will Do:
· Comprehensive Reporting: Provide detailed and comprehensive reports on the status of project management support functions to the Project Manager, ensuring all relevant data is accurately captured and communicated.
· Functional Support: Offer functional support to various project roles, including Document Manager, Configuration Manager, Change and Complaint Manager, Requirement Manager, and Scheduler, to ensure smooth project operations.
· Project Management Improvement: Assist the Project Manager in enhancing and optimizing project management support functions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
· Work Package Control: Oversee and support the timely preparation and finalization of work packages for project management support functions, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality standards.
· Meeting Participation: Attend project meetings, both internal and with customers, to discuss project status, issues, and progress, contributing to effective communication and decision-making.
· Customer Interaction: Participate in customer visits as needed, representing the project management team and addressing any customer concerns or requirements.
Your Profile
· Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Traffic, Railway, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
· Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), PMO Certified Consultant (PMO-CC), or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
· Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management, particularly in complex software, transportation, or mobility industry projects.
· Project Management Methodologies: Solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the large-scale software industry, including key drivers, trends, and technologies, is advantageous.
· Project Delivery: Proven ability to manage international projects from inception to completion, consistently delivering projects on time and within budget.
· Multitasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet stringent deadlines.
· Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with internal teams, customers, and partners.
· Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
· Language Proficiency: Fluent in English at a negotiation level; proficiency in additional languages like German is a plus.
· Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools such as IBM Primavera, MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
· Travel Availability: Willingness and ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, as required by project needs.

· Budget Management: Assist in monitoring and controlling project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization.
