Your experience has a place with us: we have more than 300 positions within our organisation.Let us help you find the right fit!Sustainability ManagerMain Activities and Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with organizational goals, including identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track sustainability initiatives;Stay updated on environmental regulations and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure organizational compliance.;Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and support for sustainability initiatives, and fostering relationships with community partners, NGOs, and regulatory bodies;Assess environmental impact of organizational activities and implement measures to minimize footprint;Identify opportunities to enhance resource efficiency and minimize waste, implementing programs to optimize energy, water, and material usage;Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee understanding of sustainability goals and promote a culture of sustainability throughout the organization;Collaborate with suppliers to promote sustainable practices and select environmentally responsible suppliers;Prepare and publish sustainability reports, and maintain accurate records of sustainability initiatives and performance;Research and recommend innovative technologies and practices to enhance sustainability efforts, while staying informed about industry best practices and emerging trends;Integrate sustainability across various business areas and provide guidance on sustainable decision-making processes.We are looking for:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, Business Administration, or Engineering;Proven experience in a sustainability-focused role;Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices;Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and use data to drive sustainability initiatives;Industry experience will be a plus.What we offer:Salary according to the job function;Integration in a multinational environment, with continuous opportunities for career development;Good working environment;Multicultural company;Continuous learning.If you relate to this profile and would like to join a truly international environment, please send us your CV!#J-18808-Ljbffr
