YOUR MISSION
We are looking to hire a team of Project Managers! As a Project Manager, your mission will be to oversee and optimize the operations and processes within the organization. You will ensure the continuous improvement of business processes and the successful execution of projects by leveraging your expertise in project management, process flow design, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Day to day: Understand and monitor all operational activities and processes. Carry out a survey of activities and process flows. Identify and implement operational improvements. Ensure control and verification of implemented operational improvements. Systematize information with detailed analysis of constraints. Produce reporting on the activity.
YOUR PROFILE
Must Have: +2 years of experience in Project Management; Degree in IT or similar; Experience and knowledge of Continuous Improvement; Experience and knowledge of BPO; Good Communication skills; Continuous Improvement experience in Process Flow Design.
Nice to have: Experience in Telecommunications; Experience in Contact Center; Experience in using Visio; Proficiency in English C1;
