In particular, the Service Fleet Improvement group is responsible for the multi-level technical support process and supervises it also on the tool side. If there is a need for retrofitting or corrective measures in the field, these are centrally rolled-out by the Service Fleet Improvement group into the Service organizations and their implementation is monitored. For this purpose, there is a close exchange with Engineering and the local support structures. In addition, smaller optimization projects are managed, as well as the coordination of the creation of service-relevant documents. YOUR TASKS: Support the 'Group Lead Service Fleet Improvement' in the process ownership of Technical Support and Retrofit Management. Lead special projects in the context of Technical Support and Retrofit Management (optimizations of processes, tools, interfaces). Drive harmonization and optimization of processes, concepts, technical and non-technical subjects. Align closely with interface departments, e.G. Spare Parts Management and PM organization. Provide regular updates to management level. Ensure knowledge management and process documentation. YOUR PROFILE: Degree in engineering studies (mechanical / electrical engineering or equivalent). Knowledge of wind turbines or technically complex systems in large-scale (mechanical engineering). Excellent project management skills. Experience in managing complex systems & processes. Experience in data analysis & BI tools (PowerBi, Tableau) is a plus. Good knowledge of English language both written and spoken; German, Spanish language is a plus. Good knowledge of MS-Office tools and SAP. Strong team, communication skills.
