YOUR ROLE We are looking for motivated Project Managers to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Assist the Project Manager in the planning and execution of projects, helping in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets; Support the coordination and management of project resources; Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules, and status reports; Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items; Assist in the preparation of project presentations and reports for stakeholders; Monitor project progress and report on any issues or risks to the Project Manager; Help ensure that project objectives are met and deliverables are completed on time. YOUR PROFILE Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred; Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project support or coordination role; Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
