PROJECT MANAGER SUPPLY CHAIN

Main Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans that align with business goals.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Monitor and report on risk status throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and manage project budgets.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial accountability.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on supply chain projects.
Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Experience with project management software and tools.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
Location: Lisbon (Hybrid, 3x on site)
