You will oversee multiple projects of different sizes and coach and mentor your peers to drive the best results. The role of the Project Manager is customer-facing, requiring strong communication skills and an engaging presence. Where required, you will be involved in the presales stage of the project.Position: Project Manager (Spanish)Location: Onsite in Lisbon, PortugalEmployment type: PermanentDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Leads and develops the project plans for medium and large projects.Oversees multiple large to XL size projects with guidance from the project lead.Responsible for satisfying customer expectations on product quality, functionality, and timely delivery.Provides and implements recommendations that aid in the successful completion of projects within a product or functional area.Receives some supervision and has some latitude on achieving objectives related to a specific program task, project, or initiative.Maintains regular and proactive customer communications to ensure all customer concerns are addressed readily.Participates in organizational initiatives as required.Responsible for providing customer reporting and project reporting.REQUIREMENTS:Excellent knowledge of Spanish and English (C1).Proven working experience as a Project Manager for US/European (BPO/Telco) ideally.ITIL V4 Foundations or equivalent.Prince2, CSM, Master's in Project Management, PMP, or equivalent.BENEFITS:Permanent contract.Competitive salary.Private health and life insurance from day one in the company.Working hours: Monday to Friday.On-site Work Module.Meal allowance on card/voucher.
