We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Project Execution Team!
Your responsibilities:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationTrack project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedUnderstand the contract in place and identify risks and opportunitiesEnsure claims outcomes are technically robustProvide technical expertise and assistance to the team in order to lead the claim developmentUnderstand our technical solution and be able to redesign (with our engineering department) solutions to present to the customer in form of a VOPreparation of delay analysis using contractual accepted techniquesAbility to collate, interpret internal and external information and present findings in a concise and structured formatEnsure claims and VO processes and systems are robustly followed internally and with the customerReviewing complex claims and escalations and proactively manage their resolutionAssure fully comply with all Health and Safety requirements in all the claims, including reporting all accidents, near accidents and hazards, etc.Work with teams and people at all levels from Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, Taxes and Compliance.Your profile:Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering or similar (required)Fluent in Portuguese and English (required)Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in uncertain environments.Leadership skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.Good verbal and written communication skills, with experience in developing structured claims justifications.Solid understanding of reading and interpreting contractual documentation in an international environment.Negotiation and active listening skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Intercultural awareness, capable of building relationships and working effectively in a global business environment.Experience in monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.If this sounds exciting to you, then please send us your application - in English - and we will get back to you!
