Our network of facilities provides us with one of the broadest geographic footprints of any clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services provider in Europe.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced PMO to support the Leadership Team.The PMO will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, monitor progress, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.Responsibilities: Supporting the project leadership through the following tasks:Administration of project events eg booking meetings, arranging travel and other ad hoc activities as needed by project leadershipAdministration of project reports including submission to Transformation Team and monitoring of timing of report delivery to ensure submitted in timely mannerBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldProven experience as a Project Manager Officer or similar roleExcellent understanding of project management methodologies and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to escalate issues as neededExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teamsAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesFluency in English is mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
