Description o Seniority: Mid ; o Working Model: Hybrid (70% remote; 30% in person); o Location: Lisbon; o Sector: Health o Academic background: Higher education in Information Management and Business Intelligence for Health, Management Informatics, Informatics Engineering, or in related areaso Mandatory: o Project Management background (waterfall, PMP); o +2 years of professional experience as a Project Manager – mandatory; Non-mandatory: o Post-graduate training in Project Management; o Professional experience in management and implementation of technological projects in entities related to the health sector; o Professional experience in management and implementation of SPMS solutions, namely Sonho/SClínico hospital suite; o Professional experience in team management and leadership roles; o Basic knowledge of ITIL, SQL/PL-SQL, Citrix, Power BI, SQL Server, Active Directory, Outsystems;o Proficiency using MS Office; o Excellent communication skills; o Fluent in English - plus; o Top Skills: Proactive, resilient, fast learner, team player and with good problem-solving skills.
o Daily tasks:o Monitoring and follow-up of IT Projects; o Change management; o Risks and Constraints management; o Reporting and KPI's monitoring.
