Fórum Selecção is looking for a Project Manager (M/F) for Banking Client
Main Tasks:
Drive the designing, implementation and operationalization of the appropriate framework to manage individual projects + portfolio of projects or programs, managing a portfolio of transformation projects.
Setup project tracking, control and reporting frameworks, with the purpose of monitoring the management of risks, issues, dependencies, actions, tracking budget, change control and regular reporting.
Lead Steering committees (SteerCos) setup and organization coordinating all stakeholders involved, manage project gate approvals and closure. Provide materials, input and facilitate governance, dealing with stakeholders at all levels of the organization from project team members to senior sponsors or internal communication teams.
Provide project support to complex projects or programs, including aspects such as set up of the project governance, project launch, Risk management, ensuring that the methodology is suitable and followed appropriately for the project, preparation of SteerCo materials and minutes, management of project gate approvals and closure.
Design, implement, manage and continuously improve the framework and tools to collect, centralize and report on projects & programs to key internal or external stakeholders.
Profile:
Certification in Project Management
Ability to manage a project/Ability to manage a program
Ability to set up relevant performance indicators
Ability to manage or facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee or training
Ability to create project plan, milestones, roadmaps
Ability to monitor and control a project
Ability to manage stakeholders and escalations required

Duration of the mission:
