Nadara's PM performs project management duties from FID to COD on its renewable onshore pipeline (wind, PV, storage) to deliver projects with full control of schedule, budget, quality and risk.
Job Description:Main Responsibilities Leading in the project management of a number of projects of different technologies within our renewable pipeline from before final consent is granted up to COD;Having full responsibility and accountability for management of project budgets, schedules and risks;Managing internal, cross-functional project teams, without a hierarchical line of reporting on them, as well as external parties such as consultants, suppliers and service providers;Preparing, supported by all other departments, the package to bring projects to the Final Investment Decision (FID) gate to ensure timely delivery of the financing in line with start of construction;Regular effective reporting on project progress, providing insightful risk and opportunity analysis to management;Coordinating with financial, legal, commercial and technical colleagues to determine the optimal execution strategy for the project, in consideration of its risks and the changes that might occurred since the FID.Required skills & experience Min. 2 years of working in PM roles or min 5 years as DeveloperMaster or Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in relevant subject e.g. renewables, engineering, planning or environmental and sustainability studiesExperience in the renewable energy development and/or construction, with a demonstrable track record of successfully achieved targetsKnowledge of the key financial indicators of a renewable project and their optimizationHighly proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS applicationsPrepared to travel extensively within EuropePragmatic and creative problem solving mindsetExcellent communication skills (internal and external stakeholders, partners, technical and non-technical)Good Leadership attitude with an empathic approach.Experience of leading teams from multiple cultures and competenciesFull clean driving licenseFluent speaker Portuguese and English, Spanish and Italian will be a plusDesirable skills & experience Quality, health and safety management experience of design and construction works.Pay and benefits With a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
