YOUR TASKS
Setting up and running improvement projects in Service and identifying areas of improvement;
Developing project scope, objectives and KPIs, involving all relevant stakeholders;
Leading international project teams with members from different functions and locations;
Ensuring company sustainability goals;
Investigating key performance drivers applying basic data analysis;
Organize and lead workshops with cross-functional & global stakeholders;
Plan and manage project budget;
YOUR PROFILE
Degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on supply chain or logistics.
Proven experience in project management and life cycle, with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a global, culturally diverse, matrix environment with various stakeholders and hierarchical levels.
Strong presentation, storytelling, and continuous improvement experience.
Knowledge of Power-BI, ERP (SAP), and project management certification is a plus; experience in wind energy and service operations is beneficial.
Fluent in English and willingness to travel between company locations in Germany and Spain.
