Your missionwill be…
Service & Project Execution:
Plan and execute new service setups;
Drive end-to-end finance automation projects, including proposalmanagement, customer negotiations, and team execution;
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets;
Track project progress and ensure milestone completion;
Team Coordination & Communication:
Support the staffing process;
Facilitate knowledge transfer processes;
Maintain effective communication with team members and management;
Prepare and present project status reports;
Strategic Development & ReportingIdentify and capitalize on business opportunities in ongoing projects;Collaborate with Business and Service Leaders to enhance performanceacross the organization;Report on issues, risks, and opportunities to management.
Weare looking for someone with…
Bachelor'sor Master's degree in IT, Finance, or a related field;
2– 5 years of professional experience;
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office; SAP and Redwood/Mendix is a plus;
Strongorganization, communication, and problem-solving skills;
Customer-orientedwith a proactive, continuous learning mindset;
Proficiencyin English; additional languages are a plus.
