Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Salesforce projects for our clients, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop project plans that align with their goals
- Manage project resources, including internal team members and external contractors, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards
- Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce usage and best practices
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Salesforce projects
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience with Agile methodology is a plus
- Salesforce certifications are an asset
