Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and standards;

Support on monitoring project progress, adherence to timelines and quality standards;

Support in the preparation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation, plans, reports, and presentations;

Facilitate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking;

Support with transitions, including taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, creation of documentation, and ensuring milestones are met;

Assist with strategic projects by handling documentation, coordinating meetings, and performing other related activities to ensure project success.

Requirements:

College degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics or similar;

Good understanding and experience in MS PowerPoint;

Interest in Agile methodologies is a plus;

Ability to plan, document, and report status reports;

Communicative and good interpersonal skills;

Critical and logical thinking;

Proactive, organized, and flexible;

English proficiency written and spoken.
