We are looking for  Project Leader / Business Support  to join our company in one of our projects, in  Remote .
Main Responsibilities: Supporting and coaching local teams to create and execute change management plans using the "local change plan approach"; Facilitating stakeholder engagement and readiness activities, ensuring alignment with global templates and project goals; Identifying and escalating risks/issues related to cluster readiness and addressing dependencies within Market Engagement deliverables; Coordinating with Communications and Training leads to resolve challenges and provide best-practice tools, methods, and templates; Supporting post-implementation success by assisting the cluster team during hyper-care and beyond.
Technical skills: Proven experience in managing large-scale system implementations involving significant change management; Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders in a structured and organized manner; Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); A proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently within your cluster, supported by a global team; Project Management and Communication skills; Fluent in English.
