Sobre o nosso cliente Our client is a global leader in the food manufacturing sector, currently seeking a highly skilled Project Controller to join their Project Engineering Team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the planning, governance, and execution of key projects across the organisation.
Descrição Project Planning & Tracking:Utilising Cora as a project management tool, under the governance of the EPMO Director.Monitoring project activities, costs, and schedules, ensuring deliverables are met.Highlighting risks and deviations and generating comprehensive reports.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify gaps in processes, particularly in financial areas.Providing insight into budget vs actuals and offering solutions to address variances.Support for Project Engineers:Assisting with cost/benefit analyses and determining optimal solutions.Supporting the use of project management tools and generating reports on risks, actions, financials, and timelines.Service Offering Process:Managing service orders and invoicing for internal customers.Acting as Project Manager for defined initiatives as required.Training & Development:Creating and distributing training materials for new and ongoing projects.Perfil ideal Higher education in Management, Finance, or a related field.5 years of professional experience in Project Controller roles.Proven experience in managing engineering projects in a manufacturing environment.Strong financial skills, with the ability to present and interpret budgetary data.Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluency in English (spoken and written).Proficiency in project management tools, such as Cora, and in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience working in an agile, dynamic, and multinational environment.Vantagens Opportunity to work on high-profile projects ranging from €0.5M to €10M.Join a dynamic, collaborative team in a multinational environment.Excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.
