Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
5-10 years of relevant work experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and dynamic personality
High sense of responsibility
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving focus
Curiosity and willingness to learn
Proficiency in IT tools (Office, AutoCAD)
Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team
Organized in analysis, structured in reporting, and transmission of information
Proficiency in English (both written and oral)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and overseeing specialty works on construction sites
Analyze and study project details thoroughly before construction begins, clarifying doubts with key stakeholders (project teams, cost estimators, clients, etc.)
Participate in small projects as an Electrical Engineer
Participate in weekly meetings with design teams
Prepare and compile necessary information for site inspections, meeting with inspectors to clarify issues or resolve on-site problems
Support team members in technical decision-making processes
Contribute to the development and improvement of project documentation and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
Assist in preparing technical reports and presentations
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Required Skills:
Understanding of electrical systems and building services
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of construction methods and materials
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction
