As the Engineering Manager at INFINIT, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence by applying Lean management principles to improve processes, enhance team collaboration, and optimize efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and focus on delivering high-quality results. Using proven Lean methodologies such as PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act), you will ensure processes are consistently evaluated and improved upon to meet both short- and long-term business goals. Your role will focus on guiding teams, identifying waste, and streamlining workflows for better outcomes across the organization.

What do you need to be successful in this role?
Strong leadership experience, with a focus on managing and developing cross-functional teams.
Extensive knowledge of Lean management principles, with hands-on experience in applying techniques like PDCA, 5S, and Kaizen.
Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing waste through process optimization.
Ability to drive cultural change and instill a mindset of continuous improvement across teams.
Excellent communication skills to lead teams, facilitate workshops, and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
Experience in strategic planning and aligning operations with broader business goals.
Capacity to mentor and coach team members in Lean thinking and practices, ensuring their professional development.
