If you're looking for a new opportunity within Customer Operations, this can be the right opportunity for you! Among other responsibilities, this encompasses:
Client-focused tasks - to participate and create implementations and projects that meet client needs, to ensure the best fit, cost control, meeting deadlines, and seamless functional quality.
Continuous Improvement - gather internal requirements and promote its review/optimisation on web-based forums.
Attention to details - gather and analyze requirements along with other Customer Operations teams, to develop services and apps that meet expectations and needs, as well as coordinate user acceptance tests.
Project Management - contribute, plan and develop implementation projects along with other teams (technical and non-technical).
Who you are Higher education degree.
Knowledge of telecommunication industry.
Prior exposure to Project Management.
Able to establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders.
Autonomy, resilience, and adaptation skills.
Portuguese and English fluency.
