Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Contribute to the identification of productivity ideas by analyzing existing data in various locations (such as cost breakdowns).
Monitor productivity performance within the team by supporting the follow-up of applications and assisting with their updates.
Support data collection from other actors in the company, such as Program Managers and PC&L, to fuel the activity of the Productivity buyers.
Follow up on productivity actions in the plant, such as yield improvement, packaging, and other possible actions, until their implementation.
Assist productivity buyers in data collection in the system to facilitate better decisions.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business
Knowledge of productivity/lean management methodology
Knowledge of production, quality, and logistics
Fluent in English
Ability to work in a matrix organization
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI
