Responsibilities: Collaborate on development tasks from our backlog using Azure DevOps.
Write reusable and reliable code that meets high standards.
Identify and troubleshoot bugs, ensuring robust testing of code.
Assist and collaborate with team members on various projects.
Share your knowledge and contribute to enhancing internal processes and skills.
Provide valuable insights during retrospective meetings.
Requirements: A BSc degree in IT or an equivalent field.
Experience in Level 3/4 support roles.
Previous experience as a support engineer for cloud-based SaaS products.
Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Ability to analyze application logs, traces, and metrics effectively.
Basic understanding of REST, HTTP, SQL, and proficiency with tools such as browser developer tools, Postman, and JMeter.
Familiarity with ASP.NET and the ability to read and understand code to identify root causes of issues.
Experience with Azure services is preferred; any cloud experience is welcome.
Experience with AKS or similar technologies is a plus.
Willingness to participate in shift rotations during weekdays and on-call support during nights and weekends.
A passion for problem-solving and a keen interest in learning new DevOps skills to understand complex cloud applications.
