About the Role: Join us in a pivotal role where you'll be leading an E-Commerce project, managing complex products that deliver significant value to stakeholders. Your expertise in product management best practices, user research, and design thinking will drive solutions that meet real user needs. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, UX designers, marketing, and sales professionals.

A user-centric mindset, with a strong focus on developing solutions that solve real user challenges.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Proficient in stakeholder management, effectively balancing varying interests and needs.
Experience in conducting user research and applying design thinking principles to product development.
Skilled in using prioritization tools and techniques, managing dependencies, and deriving actionable insights from data.
Deep understanding of relevant technologies in product management.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and processes.
Extensive experience in the retail E-commerce industry.
Strong focus on user experience, from end-to-end user journey mapping to addressing user needs.
Background in idea discovery, user research, and design thinking.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with developers, UX designers, and other key stakeholders.
Proficient in using Google Analytics to make data-driven decisions, with a track record of measuring impact and working with OKRs.
Fluency in English is required.
