What you'll do
Vodafone is seeking a dedicated and skilled e-commerce Product Owner to oversee the key aspects of the consumer eShop of the Vodafone website.
This role involves managing the entire commercial dynamics of the online channel, including catalog management, logistics, post-sale support, promotions support and metrics analysis. Additionally, the Product Owner will be responsible for the system stability, performance improvement and the development of new channel capabilities, as well as being responsible for maximizing value by delivering the product vision using Agile Methodology and prioritizing the product backlog of the squad.
Key Responsibilities include:
Strategy definition: Defines the ESHOP product vision and the capability roadmap coordinating with the Stakeholders, Tribe Lead, other Product Owners, and technical teams.
Commercial Dynamics Management: Oversee marketing campaigns, products catalogs management, logistics processes, post-sale support, End-to-End quality control, and analysis of key metrics to ensure optimal business performance of the online store.
OKRs and KPIs definition: Assures a manageable tracking solution of the results to follow daily performance and the presentations for the quarterly business reviews (QBR).
Product Development: Defines the scope of the MVP and focuses the team on delivering business value in regular increments.
Participates in the sprint planning to reaffirm priorities and clarify requirements.
Channel Capabilities Development: Continuously develop and enhance the capabilities of the online channel by improving the front-end usability, and full order process using an Agile Scrum methodology.
System Performance Management: Monitors the system technical performance, ensuring seamless operations and user experience.
Stakeholders' engagement: Involve stakehoders and senior leaders regularly on all aspect of the product.
Who you are
A Degree in Management or Engineering would be preferable.
Proven experience in product ownership or management roles.
Good understanding of Agile Methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking).
Strong understanding of commercial dynamics, logistics, and post-sale support.
Experience in e-commerce business of consumer Electronics.
Proficiency in metrics analysis and system performance management.
Ability to define and prioritize product backlogs and effectively manage sprints.
Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
Excellent presentations skills and stakeholder management.
Team player
Portuguese and English fluency/native level
