.Product Owner needed to join our team, here at VML Enterprise Solutions.As one of our Product Owners you'll play a key role to maximise the value the product team creates by defining the roadmap, priorities and business outcomes. You will take a lead role in project(s), managing and developing the agile methodology within one of our leading clients.What you'll be doing:DiscoveryOwn the product roadmap and ensure it aligns product roadmap to strategic goals: both in the immediate and longer term.Collaborate with senior stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product, ensuring that ideation ladders up to the strategic goals of the business, and support adapting priorities as the business progresses.Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring the customer experience is frictionless across channels.Determine scope of change and the iterations to unlock greatest customer valueAct as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.Understand and challenge perceived customer value in order to prioritise effectively and ensure we focus on the changes that will deliver maximum value align to our strategyPerforming BA / Story / AC writing tasks where requiredPlanning:Communicate plans, progress, and results to senior management and other stakeholders.Play an active role leading up to and during planning to ensure plans align to strategic goalsSolve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitmentsStay updated with industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation.Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to assess product performance and make informed adjustments.Release and processes:Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive successful product development and launchesPossess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.Contribute to release meetings and prioritise which candidates will be delivered across value streams. Ensuring a pragmatic and profession approach to decision making is maintained, maximising value out of each and every release whilst maintaining the delivery cadence.What we want from you:Experience working as a Product OwnerExperience working with Commerce, Retail or similar experience with Loyalty, conversion, engagement and entertainmentExcellent knowledge of agile scrum methodology and practicesProven ability to lead and create high performing teams in an ever changing environment, ensuring engagement remains high.Senior stakeholder management, ability to clearly and concisely communicate plans and ideas, including when there may be a difference of opinion on priorities and benefit
