ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Product Operations Associate to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the product management function by overseeing operational and administrative tasks that ensure smooth workflows and increased efficiency across teams.
As the central coordinator for operational requests, priority management, and product-related communications, you'll help bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, QA, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
This role is ideal for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives on improving processes and creating scalable systems.
You'll contribute to our mission by enabling our product managers to focus on strategic priorities while you take ownership of key operational areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Support: Manage Operational Requests to ensure timely resolution of cross-team tasks.
Oversee Triage and Prioritisation of Bugs , coordinating with Product, QA and Engineering to prioritise and track progress.
Prepare and organise materials for Team Meetings to streamline team discussions.
Product-Related Coordination: Support NPS and other user feedback processes, including survey creation, email dispatch, and contact list management in collaboration with Customer Success.
Collaborate with QA to manage Feature Flags , ensuring proper prioritisation and testing.
Assist in creating and maintaining in-app Guides and Onboarding flows to enhance user engagement and understanding.
Drive the analysis of user patterns, behaviours, and funnels.
Communication & Documentation: Manage communications across teams, liaising between Product, QA, Engineering, and Customer Success.
Draft and maintain Product Updates and Documentation , including email announcements and Help Center content, in coordination with Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams.
Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose solutions to enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Advocate for best practices in operational management, ensuring scalability as the team grows.
IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE Experience & Skills: Experience: Previous experience in product operations, project management, or a similar coordination-focused role is preferred.

Experience in B2B SaaS companies or startups is a plus but not required.
Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Pendo, and Slack for task management, analytics, and communication is a plus.
