As a Product Marketing Manager at CoreMedia, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new features, releases, and updates across our products. You'll be responsible for translating complex technical features into clear, customer-centric value propositions, empowering both sales teams and customers. Your mission is to craft compelling messaging that resonates with key audiences and drives product adoption, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
Responsibilities: Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within SaaS, cloud computing, or IT management industries.
Product Development: At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing SaaS products.
Product-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute product positioning and messaging that resonates with target markets while leading product launches and collaborating with sales and marketing for successful execution of go-to-market strategies for SaaS or cloud-based products.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, while monitoring competitors to inform product strategy.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment on product vision, messaging, and go-to-market plans. Enable sales teams with training, collateral, and product insights for seamless execution of product launches and campaigns.
Data-Driven Product Strategy: Define and track KPIs to measure product success, such as customer acquisition, retention, and market share, while utilizing customer feedback and data insights to drive continuous product improvements.
Strategic Thinking & Roadmap Alignment: Ensure the product roadmap aligns with market needs and company goals by identifying new market opportunities and developing effective entry strategies to capitalize on them.
Marketing Materials: Demonstrated experience in creating impactful marketing materials (e.g., white papers, case studies, blog posts, videos) to communicate product benefits and real-world use cases.
Sales Support: Ability to develop tools and resources for sales teams, including battle cards, pricing and packaging strategies, and product demos to enhance customer engagement.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating messaging that aligns with customer needs and business goals.
Data-Driven Mindset: Use metrics to track performance and optimize future marketing efforts.
Problem-Solving and Agility: Demonstrate strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation, while quickly adapting to changing market conditions and customer demands to enhance product development with innovative, market-driven ideas.
Bonus Points: Experience in the CMS, DXP, or Digital Marketing industry is highly desirable!
