.The Company Abtrace is a venture-backed health tech company that creates digital health software to deliver population health interventions at the level of the individual patient. Our product continuously scans the entire health record of a patient to detect signals of deterioration, early onset of new disease and opportunities for preventative interventions.We work with over 250 primary care practices covering 2.5 million patients, and we're expanding our customer base rapidly.We have offices in London, UK and Porto, PT. We operate a hybrid working model and some of our team are fully remote. For this role we will give preference to candidates that can spend regular time collocated at one of our office locations.The Role This is a hands-on IC role that will require end-to-end product management, from surfacing and understanding user needs and jobs through to digging into the details of what and how to deliver work items alongside our technical and design team members. You will help to shape the work, oversee its delivery, and follow up on feedback loops once work has shipped.We have product-market fit. Demand for our existing offering is accelerating. But the diamond is still rough. You will play a vital role in bringing our offering to maturity, polishing, broadening the offering, and getting our systems ready for massive scale. We're not looking for an optimiser or a UX guru, but rather a safe pair of hands that is a mix of operator and craftsperson.Requirements Our ideal candidate You are excited and inspired by our mission to transform healthcare by moving it from reactive to proactive through the safe and respectful application of technology and data.You're pragmatic. You possess a sense of urgency yet know when to slow down, consider or gather more information. You have a history of making difficult trade-off decisions involving scope and priority.You're a good bi-directional communicator. You can change your mind when a better idea presents itself and you will actively look for those better ideas.You have a few years of experience in B2B product management, preferably in health tech or a sector that you can bring transferable knowledge over from. You have experience working closely with product, engineering, data science, and design colleagues, and negotiating with internal stakeholder groups such as sales, compliance and support. Bonus points for time in an early-stage startup, around the seed or series A stage.You're resourceful and comfortable with change in a time-constrained and ambiguous environment. Better yet, you are an agent for change, with an eye for improvement and a growth mindset, but also know how to endure organisational growing pains
