Drive the product strategy and roadmap based on Global Blue's strategic direction and objectives, KPIs, and consumer needs
Conduct analysis and research to identify opportunities to develop and optimize the user experience on mobile
Together with the commercial counterpart, manage the entire product life cycle
Drive and design a high-quality user experience by partnering deeply with Design and User Experience
Define the product requirements based on inputs from business units and technical interaction with engineering teams
Own, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog
Promote the product to internal and external customers/partners
Analyze feature performance, product KPIs, and customer feedback to improve the journey and overall experience
Demonstrate strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit
Demonstrate a strong customer orientation to build best-in-class user experience
Actively seek innovative ways to improve user experience
Strong analytical thinking and ability to design complex workflows in a user-friendly way
Having a comprehensive understanding of the current state of web and mobile technology and best practices
Thinking in information structures, data hierarchies, user flows, and usability principles
Competence to combine the KPI-driven business needs with end-consumer expectations
Ability to work independently as well as with a team, effective time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Qualifications and education requirements
5+ years of experience in a similar Product Management position working with customer-facing mobile technology - ideally experience working in transactional environments (e.g. banking, insurance, etc.)
Completed education in the fields Business Informatics, Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience
Proven ability to come up with new mobile products and develop them successfully in line with market needs and company strategy
Experience in working with distributed teams in a global, multicultural environment is highly desirable
Solid understanding of agile software development processes
Basic data analytics skills
