Job Description We are looking for a product manager for our ID Document & Biometric Verification products. These products allow our customers to remotely identify users by: Confirming that an ID document is authentic and valid (document verification) Checking that a person's face is real and belongs to a real person (biometric verification) Matching the person's face with the photo on the ID document. As a product manager, you will work closely with sales, marketing, and product owners to validate requirements and define strategy for new products and releases. In this position, you will report to the tribe lead of the "Onboarding & Orchestration" tribe. In this role, you are responsible for making sure that: We're building the right product, byparticipating in sales and marketing events, prospect/client meetings identifying customer needs and translating them to high-level requirements defining product scope/strategy which is aligned with company goals Everybody understands what the product does, byaligning product communication with marketing prioritizing new functionality and communicating via a roadmap The product has a viable business case, byworking closely with finance on pricing, licensing, and product P&L analyzing the market, competitors, and our positioning The product delivers according to our promise, byensuring product launch readiness and sales enablement coordinating decommissioning of products managing third-party supplier relationships Requirements Experience with, or good understanding of the product manager role and ability to communicate product strategy and vision to sales, marketing, and customers High customer focus Excellent communication skills Proficiency in English at business level Analytical skills Nice to have Experience within the digital identity/identity proofing/KYC field Leadership experience What are we offering that is unique?
