This is a pivotal role where you will be enhancing the customer experience and ensuring retention.This role can be based in Malta, Lisbon or Sofia. Responsibilities include: Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the strategic vision and develop a product roadmap aligned with company objectives. Feature Development: Lead the creation and enhancement of new features and promotions. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and player behavior. Customer Feedback: Gather and utilize customer insights to continuously improve our offerings. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs, making data-driven adjustments. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all features comply with legal requirements. Stakeholder Management: Communicate the product's strategy and results. People Growth: Mentor and guide Product Owners and Analysts. The ideal candidate will have: Extensive exposure to the iGaming industry as a Product Manager.
